Organising for Action: Leading Groups From Talk to Tangible Progress

Topics will include:

• Leadership, facilitation and organisation of group dynamics
• Gathering people and moving them towards joint action purposefully
• How to create useful skills and habits that enable consistency
• What motivates and helps maintain active participation among all members of a community

Matthew Scheepers is a British communication consultant with a background in behavioural science and cognitive psychology. He uses insights into how people think and behave to help groups navigate difficult conversations and make decisions together.

The interactive talk will begin at 19:00 sharp, please aim to arrive at 18:45 to have time to check-in at the entrance and grab a drink at the bar 😊

This workshop is part of the series of events called Tapa Talks, facilitated by Environmental Social Association - ESA Logika.
