Organic Wine Making Workshop with Sue

A Workshop organised by Brighton and Hove Organic Gardening Group ( BHOGG)

I’m Sue and I like wine; I like organic wine and I hate waste. We manage to produce a lot of fruit in our garden, red currants, blackberries, apricots (every other year!) and we forage elderflowers and nettles (yes nettles).

I have learnt to make a very quaffable wine from these fruits. Its easy and I am happy to show you how.
