OVERVIEW

Join us for the 50th Annual ORWEF Water Environment School hosted via Zoom and on campus by Clackamas Community College.

The Oregon Water Education Foundation (ORWEF) 2026 Water Environment School (WES) is a comprehensive learning and networking opportunity for water quality professionals. Subject-matter experts within the field will join us to facilitate occupational development for those in both the municipal and industrial sectors.

Topics discussed this year include:

· Wastewater Treatment Operations and Maintenance

· Collection Systems Operations and Maintenance

· Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment

· Biosolids and Reuse

· Asset Management

· Safety

· Technology

· Stormwater Management

· Activated Sludge

This short school will be held over three days, with the first day being virtual-only and the last two days offering both virtual and in-person options.

Attendees can choose to participate virtually or in person on the final two days, but must select their preferred modality (virtual or in-person) at the time of registration.

Sessions will be available live and can be attended from anywhere, with in-person attendees joining us on-campus for an interactive experience to gain up to 2.1 CEUs.

Virtual-only admission prices ($120 per day)

• One day: $120

• Two days: $240

• Three days: $350

In-person admission prices ($150 per day)

• One day in-person: $150

• Two days in-person: $300

Hybrid Admission
Choose a combination of virtual and in-person attendance

• Two-day hybrid (1 online, 1 in-person): $270
• Three-day hybrid (1 online, 2 in-person): $420
• Three-day hybrid (2 online, 1 in-person): $390

VENDOR FAIR:

We are hosting a vendor fair during our school lunch hour with a minimal fee of $175. Please contact us if you are interested in being a part of our school!

PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES:

REMINDER: Each attendee will need to use their own individual Zoom account/e-mail to acquire CEUs. No sharing screens for credit!

In-person registration includes lunch, printed welcome packet, ORWEF swag, and use of our facilities/classrooms.

TICKET REFUND DATE: Monday, June 22nd, 2026

After the registration deadline has passed, if you need to change your type of registration for Thursday, we will not be able to add any in-person attendance but we can provide Zoom link access if changing from in-person to virtual (no refund will be issued).
