What's the refund policy?

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend due to a family emergency or extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, be sure to get in touch with us immediately by e-mail at [email protected]. Refunds will be given for the face value of the ticket and will not include any processing fees.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is recommended that attendees bring their tickets (printed or electronic).

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

All tickets are transferable up to 7 days before the event. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact the event organizer for assistance.
