Orchidae is the experimental-pop project of Yolande Laroche, a Franco-Taiwanese Canadian artist based in Gatineau, Quebec.
With a background in classical clarinet, Laroche combines her classical training with avant-pop elements, creating a sound that is both intimate and profound. Her music combines lush vocals, bold melodies, exploring themes of growth, transformation, and resilience.
