In this two-hour hands-on session you'll install a Claude skill and template, connect HeyGen through MCP, generate an avatar from a photo, and render your first video before the break. We start with where the raw material comes from, turning a blog post into a training video, an FAQ into an onboarding series, one webinar into a dozen short explainers, and you'll pick the piece you want to work with for the rest of the night. While renders process we eat, drink and talk about what everyone is building, hosted in the Truffle Lab at Urbani Truffles with tapas and refreshments provided. Then we watch the first drafts together and each person shares their use case, which is usually the part that makes the possibilities land. We close by building your actual content plan: what gets made, on what cadence, from what source, and what it costs to run. You'll leave with a finished video, a repeatable routine, and a schedule for it.
