Welcome to the Orchard OCD International Scientific Conference!

Orchard OCD is proud to host the largest international scientific conference in Europe dedicated entirely to Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD), made possible by a competitive Wellcome Trust award. This two-day milestone event will take place on 4–5 June 2026 at 30 Euston Square, London, UK, with a clear mission: to catalyse breakthroughs in new and more effective OCD treatments and to advance early detection.

 We’re bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, people with lived experience (PWLE), early-career scientists, industry leaders and policymakers to set shared priorities and drive actionable solutions for OCD.

The programme explores cutting-edge themes - from predictive biomarkers and precision-medicine approaches, to new molecular targets for more effective medications; from advances in neuromodulation and neurosurgery, to the power of multimodal data and imaging for earlier detection; from breakthroughs in psychotherapy, to a clear-eyed look at Large Language Models and what they mean - risks and opportunities - for future OCD research.

Throughout the event, all scientific content will be translated into clear, accessible language for PWLE and their families, as well as for scientists joining from different disciplines. Guided summaries, live Q&A and concise take-home explainers will ensure everyone can follow the science and contribute meaningfully.

 Beyond the sessions, the conference is designed for collaboration. Expect a lot of networking opportunities, facilitated panel discussions, and poster interactions with brilliant Early Career Researchers, which will actively help shape the future research agenda in OCD.
