Orara High School's Second Annual Golf Day

Following the success of last year’s event, we are excited to extend our invitation to Orara High School’s Second Annual Golf Day, to be held at Sawtell Golf Club on Sunday 22 November.
This event supports both the Orara High School P&C and the Orara Student Athlete Academy, helping provide opportunities and financial assistance for our students. Last year we had 19 teams from Orara High, the wider community, and neighbouring schools participate, raising approximately $5,000. These funds are planned to go to a range of school initiatives and as well as assisting students on their journey to representing the school at North Coast and State carnivals.
In 2026, we’re aiming to make the day even bigger!
If you would like to enter a team of four, the options are:
$320 per team – walking the course (left over carts may be available on the day subject to a cart auction).
$500 sponsorship package – includes carts for your team, business signage displayed on a hole (business to supply signage), and a tax receipt for the sponsoring business
Included in your entry is a BBQ sausage sizzle running throughout the day, giving teams a chance to grab a feed, catch up and enjoy the social side of the event while out on the course.
You do not need to be Tiger Woods to play - the event is a handicapped Ambrose format, meaning all skill levels are welcome. Last year most teams finished within five shots of each other and there was a ton of laughs all round. Teams can be men’s, women’s, or mixed.
The Google Form registration link and event flyer are included below.
Thank you again for your support and we hope to see plenty of teams out on the course!
