Orange on the Blue Ridge is an original folk opera created by Suni Mackall, with music by Morgan Morrison, Aimee Curl, Melissa Wright, and Danny Zezeski, and performed by nearly a dozen local musicians.
Inspired by Mackall's experiences serving as Commonwealth's Attorney, the musical is an ode to love, music, and place, using song to honor the lives behind the cases and to reconcile grief with hope. Read more at barnsofrosehill.org/concerts/folkopera.
