What is orange wine?
It is wine made with white grapes, where the skins of the grapes are added in along with the grape juice to give colour, flavour, texture and body to that wine, the same process that happens with red grapes and red wine.
We will of course dive into the how what and why of orange wine during your tasting where our expert sommeliers at Diogenes the Dog will guide you through a selection of wines from our award winning wine list!
