Oracle Cards and Personal Growth

In this group we will develop ways to use oracle cards to learn about ourselves and find a path to deeper understanding of ourselves and our connections to others including our spiritual guides.

Handouts will be provided to assist in your journaling. Bring your journals and oracle/tarot decks if you have them. If you do not have a journal, bring a three ringed notebook and paper. There will be a selection of decks for you to choose from, one to use and one to home.

This session we will explore shadow work. Shadow work is a type of psychotherapy that involves exploring the unconscious mind to uncover repressed or hidden parts of oneself. This can include trauma, personality traits, or limiting beliefs that a person may subconsciously consider undesirable. It is theorized that the shadow self is a counterweight to the persona, or the self that people present to others.
