Pericles Silva is the Operations Manager and Chef at GreenFare Organic Cafe. Pericles is a Sports Nutritionist, certified in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell and a Food For Life Instructor from PCRM and started and ran the Health Starts Here program at Whole Foods Market. He was also a professional volleyball player.
