• Plan your summer vacation in beautiful Dubuque, IA, for Aug. 28-30. Our state convention will be held that weekend at the Grand Harbor Convention Center. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Grand Harbor Resort but select a place to stay based on your budget. We would simply love to see you at the events during that weekend.
