We are excited to invite all players, coaches, officials and family members of our BLGW superstars to join us for evening full of useful and valuable information on how to best tackle stress, choose our best options for food to offer us our best performance to get us through our day to day and our athletic lives, plus learn resilience tools and methods from the highly acclaimed Luke Koek who is an absolute all knowing and all helping powerhouse in all things health, well-being and fitness!!If you have goals you want to kick this season, then this Athlete Master class will give all the guidance and support to help you achieve those goals, and put your best self out there!!
This event is FREE and only available to our BLGW clubs, so be sure to RSVP (there will be an official ticket registration required to gain entry, so keep an eye on the event for those details when they are released!) but for now, lock the 7th of April away as a night where you prioritise yourself and your crew!!
