Background:In the aftermath of NATO’s high-risk Velstovan mission, which severely disrupted Chendekan supply lines feeding the frozen front in Kardivka, the battlefield remains locked in a grinding stalemate. Though the strike fell short of igniting a full blown uprising, it reinforced NATO’s resolve to carry the fight deep into enemy territory. That resolve was first put to action last May during Operation Roaring Thunder, when NATO forces advanced into the Vshny region of Kardivka to confront a surging Chendekan offensive. The operation succeeded in halting enemy momentum and carved out a hard-fought buffer zone that blunted the Chendkan advance.
Deep behind the frontlines of Kardivka, across the border into Chendeka itself, a NATO Long-Range Reconnaissance (LRR) team inserted weeks ago to map critical logistics and supply nodes essential to the war effort. Their camouflaged positions remain undisturbed, suggesting they’ve avoided capture, but all communications have ceased. NATO Command now fears the team may be lying low, evading enemy patrols after a possible soft compromise. In response, NATO is launching Operation Storm Shadow, a rapid 24-hour ground mission into Chendekan sovereign territory aimed at recovering the LRR team and to capitalise on their intel on the way out. Specialised NATO units will infiltrate through seldom-used smuggler routes in the mountains. Their primary objective: locate and extract the missing recon team before Chendekan counter-recon forces converge. Once extraction is complete, these same teams will strike nearby logistics hubs, aiming to deliver decisive blows upon the infrastructure sustaining the Vyshny deadlock. The operation is calculated, precise, and bold. By targeting supply chains from within, NATO hopes to disrupt any looming Chendekan autumn offensive and tilt the balance at the front. Storm Shadow isn’t just a rescue, it's a statement: NATO remains capable, surgical, and ready to dictate the tempo of this war.

What to expect:
This is a force on force 24 hour Military Simulation exercise.
There will be a variety of different missions during this event primarily focused on conventional warfare, including reconnaissance, patrols as well as coordinated assaults on enemy positions. Do not expect a skirmish style game with constant action. With this in mind please bring the right attitude to this event. Do not arrive expecting to go off task in search of a firefight, if this is your attitude then please do not book a ticket. We expect participants to follow instructions from the chain of command to ensure a realistic and enjoyable event for all involved.
Certain camping areas will be considered patrol harbors, which are in game areas where eye protection must be worn at all times, including while sleeping. Units in an “off game” campsite must have magazines out and guns on safe.
