This is a great introductory event before exploring larger scale and duration Mislim events or just a fun way to spend a weekend in the field with the boys. If you can't commit to the time, travel or costs of milsim events across the US, this may be the perfect alternative for you. Join us with players coming from the Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas States!
Operation: FLASHPOINT Ruleset
1. GENERAL RULES
Continuous Immersion
24 hour NON-STOP Milsim operations: Once the event begins, players remain "in-game" for the full duration. No returning to vehicles, hotels, or non-field areas unless authorized.
Sleeping, eating, patrolling, and fighting are all conducted in the field.
Age Requirements
MUST BE 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ATTEND. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a participating guardian that is 18 years of age or older with you to attend.
General Sportsmanship/HONOR SYSTEM
The trusted and time-honored Airsoft Honor System is the foundation that ensures the success of all airsoft games and MILSIM events.
DEAD PLAYERS DO NOT TALK.
CALL YOUR OWN HITS. DO NOT CALL HITS FOR ANOTHER PLAYER.
NO BLIND FIRING. YOU MUST LOOK DOWN YOUR SIGHTS AT YOUR TARGET.
No bullying, roughhousing or malicious foul language.
Repeat offenses of the HONOR SYSTEM can result in BAN FROM EVENT.
Entry onto AO
Everyone entering the Area of Operations (AO) must have a signed waiver on file - this includes observers, photographers, and all non-player personnel.
Players who leave the AO (Area of Operations) must receive cadre or admin permission to re-enter.
2. FACTIONS & ORGANIZATION
NATO : Open registration. Standardized MC uniforms and replicas requirements.
(*See Section 3 for more info)
OPFOR: ̶R̶E̶D̶A̶C̶T̶E̶D̶ (OpFor is a closed group that allows participation through a vetting process. Please contact OPF Admin to receive further information.)
Command Structure
NATO and OPFOR is organized into platoons and squads.
Chain of command adherence will be implemented at all times.
Assigned Cadre will fill key leadership roles.
3. UNIFORMS & IDENTIFICATION
Uniform Standards:
NATO: Multicam, OCP, or similar UNIFORMED TOP AND BOTTOMS.
Cold/Wet Weather Gear in CB/RG/OD/M81/AOR is allowed. NO BLACK.
OPFOR: ̶R̶E̶D̶A̶C̶T̶E̶D̶. (Will be assigned per event. Inquire for additional info.)
Helmet and Gear Matching
NATO Helmets and load-bearing gear are heavily encouraged to match camo theme and colors. (MC/CB/RG/OD) *NO BLACK GEAR OR HELMETS.
4. COMBAT & AMMO RULES
Ammo Restrictions (Issued Only)
BB’s are issued at STARTEX/In-Processing and via resupply only.
Riflemen: 500 rounds
LMG/MMG: 1,500 rounds
DMRs/Snipers: 100–200 rounds (*Contact OPF Admin for needs.)
No outside BB’s allowed. Violators will be banned from the event.
LO-CAP or MID-CAP MAGAZINES ONLY. NO HI-CAPS ALLOWED.
Weapon Classes & ROF:
RIFLEMAN/NATO - M4/M16 style platform encouraged
DMR, LMG/MMG and Sniper platforms are limited to ONE PER SQUAD.
DMRs must be semi locked/semi-auto ONLY.
NO RUBBER KNIVES OR MELEE replicas allowed.
Minimum Engagement Distances (MEDs):
Rifleman: 10ft
DMR: 75 ft
Sniper/Bolt-Action: 100ft
LMG/MG: 50ft
Chrono Limits:
Rifleman: 1.55J (approx. 400 FPS w/ .20g)
LMG/MG: 1.88J (approx. 450 FPS w/ .20g)
DMR: 1.88J (approx. 450 FPS w/ .20g)
Sniper: 2.32J (approx. 500 FPS w/ .20g)
5. MEDIC SYSTEM
Wound & Respawn Rules:
When HIT = You’re down. Yell “HIT!” and fall or sit where you were shot.
DEPLOY YOUR RED DEAD RAG OR LIGHT WHILE “HIT”.
Teammates can perform a FIELD REVIVE to revive you (ACE bandage or Airsoft style tourniquet must be applied).
FIVE MINUTE BLEED-OUT TIME LIMIT. If you have not received a teammate revive within FIVE MINUTES, you must report to the CASEVAC location.
IF YOU ARE NOT REVIVED WITHIN FIVE MINUTES, YOU MUST REMAIN IN PLACE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIVE MINUTES BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CASEVAC LOCATION.
If revived and HIT A SECOND TIME, you're KIA and must go to the designated Respawn Point or wait for squad-level CASEVAC.
CASEVAC & Mobile Respawns:
Respawn locations and wave times will be defined by Cadre/command.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
Radios:
Each squad should have at least one radio (Baofeng or similar) tuned to the command net.
All radio users must follow comms protocol: short, clear transmissions.
Comms Security:
No cross-faction monitoring unless permitted (e.g., captured radios or consensually searched and recovered documents from downed OPFOR.)
7. SUPPLY & LOGISTICS
Resupply Points:
Ammo, water and additional rations must be collected from designated resupply caches as directed by NATO Caommand/Cadre..
Hydration & Rations:
All players must carry enough food and water for 24 hours.
Water resupply will be available via command-approved points.
8. MISCELLANEOUS RULES
Grenades & Pyro:
Only approved pyro (e.g., Enola Gaye, TAG) permitted.
Grenade Detonation within 10ft = all in radius are considered dead.
No fireworks, illegal pyro, or flashbangs unless explicitly approved.
Night Operations:
Events continue overnight.
NVGs encouraged but not required.
Green chem lights are encouraged to be carried for marking.
Intel Search Rules:
Players may simulate searching KIA OPFOR upon consent of OPFOR player or Cadre instruction ONLY.
No physical contact or gear theft allowed. RESPECT the OPFOR player and their property.
9. SAFETY
Mandatory Gear:
Full-seal eye protection required at all times. (ANSI Z87.1+ rated minimum)
EYE PROTECTION IS TO BE WORN FROM GAME START TO FINISH. NEVER REMOVE YOUR EYE PROTECTION WHILE IN THE AO.
RED Dead rags for day use and RED lights for night use must be carried.
Barrel socks required in safe zones.
Safe Zones:
Clearly marked. No firing, dry firing, or aggressive actions.
Entry without eye pro is allowed only in marked safe areas.
Zero Tolerance: YOU WILL BE BANNED with NO REFUND
No drug/alcohol use during event hours.
No real weapons, no unsafe behavior, no exceptions.
10. IN-PROCESSING
Check-in Requirements:
All players must check in, chrono their weapons, and attend a safety brief.
Bring all gear, including 24 hour packed ruck, Load Bearing systems and EYE PRO ON for inspection. Command/Cadre will instruct you further.
11. NATO PACK LIST
Ruck Pack Check-List:
Back-Pack in approved NATO color/camo capable of carrying 24 hour field sustainment kit. A PACK THAT CAN CARRY EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR 24 HOURS.
24 hours of food, water and personal medications.
Extra socks (According to event Temperatures)
Boots/Footwear appropriate for the AO
Non mounted Flashlight and/or Headlamp
Cold/Wet Weather Gear
Charged AEG Batteries/Speed Loader/AEG Magazines
SLEEPING SYSTEM *Check wet/cold weather conditions of AO
Enough food and water for 24 hours of operations.
WRISTWATCH - To keep accurate time of Operations schedule.
E-Tool or equivalent (*Fighting Positions are ENCOURAGED.)
Radio - FRS/GMRS (for squad lead/Command Net)
Personal Hygiene Kit.
WET WEATHER BAG.
WET WIPES/DUDE WIPES for relieving yourself.
2x TRASHBAGS. Take out what you bring in.
