Join us for a relaxing, community-connect weekend on the Brazos River!
Whether you are brand new looking for inspiration, or have been overlanding/camping for decades, you don’t want to miss this event! We will have gear on display, walkaround Q&As about setups, and recommendations based on your style of camping!
Gear Raffles!
-Our friends with OPENROAD4wd.com - Brian McGill / @dirtwolf6 will be supplying A LOT of awesome raffle items, check back here for info and grand prize
-Raffle Saturday approx 5PM — must be present to win!
Camping!
-Stick around to camp and hangout in the river with us, there is a small fee of $10 per night that goes directly to the venue

Schedule:
-Friday, June 19th
• Set up camp anytime
• 6 PM - Dessert potluck! Bring your favorite tasty treat to share
• 7 PM - Beach party! Don’t forget your floaties and sunscreen
• Dusk - Group campfire! Grab a chair and your favorite beverage and enjoy the evening.
-Saturday, June 20th
• All day - Day camp arrival, hangout time, swimming, gear showcase
• 2 PM - Soak n’ Float. Favorite floaty contest. Biggest cheer wins
• 4:55 PM – Best Camp Setup Award – (attendees vote)
• 5 PM - Raffle (approx.)
• Dusk – Group Campfire, Community-connect story time, Campfire Q&A
• 9pm – Afterparty. Whiskey and Cigars potluck
• Overnight camping

• No schedule
• Leave anytime
