#OpenmicMonday is on! Every Monday at Cocktail Soul Food & Poetry Bar Labyrinth, since 2017.Join the mic and speak your emotions, feelings and thoughts through the art of spoken word, poetry, story telling and music. And experience the work of artists from all walks of life, while enjoying fabulous drinks and African Caribbean Soul Food.
Entrance is free but consumption of drinks and/or food is required, to keep it free.
We are open from 6pm.
Everybody is welcome, you can perform in any language except for the language of hate. The host will guide the evening in English.
FIRST TIMER at Labyrinth. PLEASE READ the FAQ/Practicalities:
If you want to perform or not, make a reservation via www.labyrinthamsterdam.nl under the reservation button, to be sure of a table/seat. As we don’t like to disappoint you at the door when full.
For the artists that want to be part of the line up, register yourself for the #openmic at 20:00 hours at Labyrinth with the host of the evening.
The #OpenMic starts at 20:30 till 22:30 hrs. First come first serve. There are 16 spots available, and every artist has around 5 minutes to perform.
Bring your own instrument, we have a mic and amp.
