Grace Panian and I invite you to join us for a weekend of intentional pause, reflection, and renewal. Opening to Soul is designed as a small, grounded gathering where we can soften, reconnect, and remember what steadies us. While the world around us continues to ask a great deal, this retreat is not about escaping reality. It is about meeting it with more presence, clarity, and inner support.
Together we will create a container that honors both rest and courage, tenderness and strength. There will be space to listen inwardly, to move and breathe, to reflect on what is ending and what is beginning. This is a time to tend to yourself with care and honesty, to plant seeds consciously, and to strengthen the roots that will support what you are growing next.
Throughout the weekend we’ll gather for a range of grounding and centering practices. Some of what we’ll share includes:
Sound baths offered by Grace, with time for rest and integration
Creation of a communal altar to hold our shared intentions
Gentle movement with Kate Jacobsen, blending yoga and intuitive dance
Embodied meditation with Sara Remke, focused on connecting with inner guidance
An in‑depth Astrology & Tarot class led by me, working with tarot archetypes connected to key parts of your birth chart
A labyrinth walk and simple rituals to mark transition and renewal
There will also be optional time for personal astrology readings with me and intuitive sessions with Sara for those who wish.
Mt. Olivet Conference & Retreat Center offers quiet prairie land, wooded trails, nourishing meals, and spaces for both solitude and connection, including a meditation room, pool, sauna, and hot tub. It is close enough to the Twin Cities to be accessible, yet removed enough to allow real spaciousness.
This retreat is open to everyone. No prior experience is needed. We are intentionally keeping the group intimate to preserve depth and connection.
Standard pricing ends March 10, 2026. We also offer partial scholarships based on financial need, with dedicated support for LGBTQ+ participants and people of color.
If you feel called to join us, we would be honored to gather with you.
