Step into a weekend designed for softness and renewal, a space where presence, beauty and nourishment guide the way. Here we honor both the steady ground beneath us and the blossoming growth ahead.
This retreat is an invitation to tend to yourself with care and intention, to embrace the feminine, the luxurious and the deeply nurturing. It is a season of beginnings, a time to plant seeds for what you are ready to grow and to take an active, empowered role in your healing.
Together we will gather in a sacred container of clarity, connection and courage, strengthening the roots that hold us while opening to the bold energy that calls us forward. With practices of attunement and presence we will soften, expand and step into renewal with ease.
A blessing to mark the threshold of this new cycle and a reminder of the inner strength that rises when we choose to take charge of our own becoming.
This retreat is open to everyone. No prior experience is needed. Space is intentionally limited to keep our circle intimate, so early registration is encouraged.
Our retreat will be held at Mount Olivet Conference & Retreat Center — a place of beauty and ease. Just a short drive from the Twin Cities, it offers the perfect escape from the business and
busy-ness of everyday life, with nourishing meals, quiet trails, a pool, sauna, hot tub, and spacious grounds for rest and renewal.
Optional personalized readings and energy work sessions will be available throughout the weekend for an additional cost.
Friday, April 17 — Arrival & Opening (starts at 3pm)
Nourishing welcome dinner
Opening circle to root into presence and connection
Co-create a community altar to honor throughout the weekend
New Moon Ceremony to align with fresh beginnings and intentions of renewal
Sound bath to settle into presence and flow
Fire ritual (with s’mores under the night sky) to release and invite new sparks of courage
Saturday, April 18 — Immersion in Practice
Grounding morning meditation
Movement journey weaving yoga, dance, and flow
Astrology & Tarot Talk
Vision board creation to call in what you’re ready to grow
Time to rest and luxuriate: swim, soak in the hot tub, sauna or explore the grounds
Herbal smoke blessing for purification and protection
Evening sound bath to integrate and restore

Sunday, April 19 — Integration & Closing (ends at 11am)
