This half-day retreat is about becoming the love you wish to feel, first.

The deepest moments of love you’ve experienced always came from inside you and your body. External experiences can trigger it, but the permission & safety inside us to feel it comes from within...



I truly understand what it's like to live with a blocked heart, a fear to live in flow/feminine energy & a shrunken version of myself.... I am so passionate about guiding women to a deeper, more FULL hearted way to live life and love!!! - Camilla, your trauma-informed retreat facilitator


We blend deep breathwork (consciously connected), somatic yin yoga, sound, movement, sharing circles and feminine connection to guide you on a profound and heart opening journey that will leave you feeling:

What to bring & who can participate?


We provide everything ~ just bring a water, journal, pen and extra layers to keep warm in case breathwork feels super cold


All those who identify with being a woman!

Consciously Connected (Mouth) Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, high blood pressure, use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, history of significant trauma, and during pregnancy.

This means you will be assigned a different style of breath if you should choose to come - we are often able to meet your wishes, please just inform us before the session!
