Opening to Life is a four-day mountain retreat for women who want to reconnect with who they are beneath the expectations.You likely carry a lot well.
You think deeply.
You show up for others.
And yet… your mind rarely fully turns off, some responses still feel automatic, and parts of you have been living quietly behind roles and responsibilities.
This retreat is a space to step out of constant mental activity and reconnect with yourself in a way that actually changes how you move through life — your conversations, your choices, and how you feel inside your own days.
Not a reset.
A return.
Set high above the Nantahala National Forest, the environment itself helps you slow enough to hear yourself clearly again. With time, space, and intentional guidance, awareness becomes lived experience.
Together we’ll explore:
• Gentle movement and time in nature to settle your body
• Guided practices that bring you out of your head and into your heart
• Relational circles to reconnect with yourself beneath expectations
• Rest and unstructured time so insights can land
• Ritual experiences to move through the portal of self-doubt to liberation
This work is facilitated by Jenni Morris, whose spaces are known for being grounded, human, and real — where women don’t have to perform growth, but can experience themselves differently in real time.
You don’t need to prepare or arrive with answers.
Just come willing to listen inward.
You’ll leave quieter inside, clearer in your choices, and more yourself in your relationships and everyday life.
