Through gentle heart-opening yoga, mindful movement, and herbal crafting with hawthorn and rose, we’ll explore ways to nurture compassion, connection, and emotional balance as the season turns toward winter.

Heart-Opening Yoga & Movement: Gentle, accessible poses to awaken joy and release tension.

Hawthorn & Rose Tincture + Oil Making (alcohol free): Learn to create your own heart-nourishing herbal tincture and infused oil to take home.

Guided Reflection & Relaxation: Moments of rest and renewal through contemplative practice and inner listening.

All materials for tincture and oil making are provided.
