Opening Night @ Old Town Hall

You are invited to a grand kickoff gala to introduce Movies at Old Town Hall and learn more about the 201-year-old building where the screenings will take place!
Juliette Wurm of the New Castle Court House Museum will present a history of the Old Town Hall. Upcoming movie titles will be revealed. Gala admission is $15 and includes light refreshments, soft drinks, and a cash bar.
The gala will take place on the third floor with its sweeping views. Downstairs in the screening room, guests will have a chance to catch a continuous playlist of Hollywood scenes and settings, hand-picked by NCPL’s Adult Services Librarian, Tyler Antoine, culminating in a laid-back screening of the 1924 Buster Keaton short, Sherlock Jr.
Be sure to buy a raffle ticket (or tickets!) for the evening’s door prizes, which will include a chance to select a movie and introduce it on an upcoming Wednesday evening.
