Join us for the opening of our upcoming exhibition, "Indelible," which will be on display from July 25 to November 2, 2024.
Indelible presents four NC artists whose artwork reflects the role of inherited cultural practices in imagining stories that reflect individual investigations of identity. Paintings and installations by Aimee Garcia, polychrome clay sculptures by Abir Mohsen, expressive portraits by Isabel Lu, ink drawings, and sculptures by Elliana Esquival give utterances to marginalized voices.
These talented artists have distinct styles and wield multiple mediums to create works that embrace melancholy and offer the possibility of transcendence.
