Join us on Friday, March 6 for the Opening Day at the Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology! Explore fascinating exhibits in person and dive into the rich mining history and stunning geological displays. It's the perfect chance to get hands-on, meet fellow enthusiasts, and have a great time learning about Idaho’s unique natural heritage. Don’t miss out on this exciting day!
The Museum will be open Fridays and Saturdays, 12 noon -5 pm and Sundays 12:30 - 3:30 pm, beginning on March 6, through October. ADMISSION IS FREE!!! Events all year offer free admission to members--field trips, lectures, mineral identification, Museum tours, gold panning and geode-cracking.
Pre-registration for Opening Day is not required. No admission charge so please drop by!
