📣 Calling All Bloomington Neighbors, Businesses, and Community Members! 📣
As the new coaching staff for the Bloomington High School Girls’ Volleyball program, we are on a mission to completely change the culture for our athletes. But we cannot do it alone—we need our community's help to make history for these girls.
Our official home opening game is on August 12th at the Bloomington High School Gym, and we want to make it an unforgettable, high-energy celebration.
Why We Need You Now
Bloomington High belongs to the Colton Joint Unified School District, but for too long, our school and our programs have felt overlooked and unattended compared to other schools in our district like Colton High and Grand Terrace. This needs to change.
Our girls deserve to feel the exact same support, pride, and excitement as any other school. This opening day isn't about celebrating the new coaches—it is about showing these young athletes that their community sees them, loves them, backs them up, and is showing up for them. When they feel supported, they feel safe and driven to succeed both on the court and in life.
How You Can Help Us Make It Memorable:
We are in desperate need of community support and donations to transform our gym and game day into something legendary:
* 🎈 Balloon Decorators: We are looking for a business or individual willing to donate balloon arches, columns, or decorations to make the gym entrance and court look spectacular for the girls' entrance.
* 🎶 Energy & Entertainment (DJ/Music): Someone to help pump up the crowd and create an electric atmosphere.
* 📸 Photography/Videography: To capture these memories so the girls have photos they can cherish forever.
* 📣 Packed Bleachers: Even if you can't donate services, we need your loud voices! Mark your calendars for August 12th and come pack our gym to show these girls they have an entire community standing behind them.
