About this Event
After years of teaching in borrowed rooms, park lawns, and rented studios, VSYOGAFLOW has a home. And on September 18th, it becomes yours too.
This is our soft opening — one long, slow, open-door day at 2281 NW Glisan. Come for one class or stay for all of it. Drift out for coffee and come back for sound. There's no schedule to keep up with, only an invitation to be here.
The studio was built around one idea: that your nervous system deserves a place to land. Warm light, quiet walls, no mirrors, no performance. Just breath, movement, and people who are glad you came.

9:00 — VS Flow | somatic movement to open the body
10:30 — Breathwork + Sound | release, then rest
12:00 — Kundalini | energy and clarity
1:30 — Founding Member Talk | tea, snacks, and what we're building together
2:30 — Reiki + Ayurveda Tasters | meet our practitioners, sample a session
4:00 — Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra | the deepest rest of the day
5:30 — Tea, Tarot + Conversation | slow down, stay a while
6:30 — Red Light Flow | a soft, glowing close
What's included
One $28 ticket gets you access to everything, all day. Come and go as you please.
What to bring
Yourself, comfortable clothes, a water bottle. Mats and props are here. Arrive 10 minutes before any session you want to join.
One more thing
Founding Memberships close at the end of this day — September 18 is the hard cutoff. If you've been thinking about it, come to the 1:30 talk and let's chat in person.
