Join us for a heart-centered Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath designed to help you slow down, ground into presence, and reconnect with your heart.
What to Expect:
We'll begin the evening with a sacred cacao ceremony, opening the heart with the gentle medicine of Mama Cacao and setting intentions.
From there, you'll be invited to settle into stillness as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments guide you on an immersive sound journey. This experience is designed to support your nervous system and create space for deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Many guests leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, clear, and more connected to themselves, carrying a greater sense of calm, presence, and inner peace into their everyday lives.
No experience is needed—just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, journal, and any any additional items that help you feel comfortable (such as a pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Doors close promptly at 6:30 PM once the experience has started, please arrive early to find parking and settle in
