Our shoulders are a complicated joint in our body. Openness in the shoulders brings freedom to our heart and chest allowing for breath to flow more easily into and out of the body.Activity of everyday life, like driving and excess computer time is often the culprit for the tightness and discomfort of our shoulders.
In this workshop we will delve deep into increasing mobility in all movements of the shoulders using traditional yoga poses and myofascial release techniques.
Come join us in releasing the issues in the tissues through awareness, breath, and technique. You will leave lighter in body and mind.
