WELCOME TO THE 2026 OPEN SEASON! We are so excited to share some new changes to how we will be facilitating and judging for our members and local community interested in competing! Every Friday during the open, our staff will offer 2 sessions for members to complete the prescribed workout at their level (RX, Scaled, Foundations) with the option to have a qualified judge if necessary. Regardless, these sessions will prompt coaches to review the workout, its standards, and suggestions for strategy!
Session 1: 5:00AM-7:30AM
Session 2: 4:00PM-6:30PM
*12:15PM Class will run as normal for those unable to attend the workout in the AM/PM. However, we CANNOT guarantee your workout will be judged based on time within the class period.
*Open gyms will also function as normal. Additionally, we cannot guarantee judges will be available outside these schedule sessions but feel free to speak with a coach and request they're present.
Please sign-up accordingly in WODIFY! Workouts will be posted there as they are released.
Be sure to submit your score by the following Monday, each week, by 5PM.
MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO BRING FOOD/DRINKS TO SHARE FOLLOWING ALL THE SESSIONS FOR A POTLUCK!
