If you don't have a wetsuit, our team owns suits which are available for use( all sizes). A wetsuit may not be for you but, give it a try for more bouncy and warmth. We will switch over to swims in Lake O when Lake O water temps are at plus 10. Then, we do our swims from Hamilton side of Lift Bridge.
