Join Desert Endurance Racing for a cold-water Open Water Swim!This will be an out-and-back swim of approximately one hour, and distance is up to you.
I do require a brightly colored swim cap (I have several for you to choose from if you don’t have one) and a swim buoy (can be purchased at Zone 3 or Finis at a discount using DER discount codes!).
There is a $7 fee to enter the regional park.
Water temperatures are likely to be cold (50s-60s), so wetsuits, booties/gloves and a hoodie are recommended but not mandatory (can be purchased at Zone3 using DER discount code!) I will update with a more accurate water temperature as we get closer to the event, and if you would like to carpool, please reach out ahead of time.
