This 45-minute session is a structured workout that combines fitness training, open water skills, and stroke technique enhancements. Designed for swimmers looking to challenge their endurance and improve their performance, this session offers a comprehensive approach to open water swimming.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧:
𝑭𝒊𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈: Engage in swimming drills that enhance endurance and strength specific to open water conditions.
𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒌𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒆: Improve your stroke efficiency with targeted techniques that boost speed and reduce fatigue.
𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔: Practice skills such as navigation, buoy turning, and effective drafting to better handle the dynamics of open water.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬:
Ability to swim a minimum of 500 meters in open water.
Completion of an intro to open water swimming or equivalent experience.
