Located at the center of the chest, the heart chakra is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual—where compassion, connection, and unconditional love reside. It governs our ability to give and receive love freely, to forgive, and to live with emotional openness.
We’ll begin with a beautiful heart opening ceremony with cacao. Cacao the purest form of chocolate will help boost your mood and invite tenderness into the body. Then, melt into a soothing sound bath designed to dissolve emotional armor, nurture deep self-love, and harmonize the energetic field around the heart.
Let yourself be held by sound. Open to connection, healing, and the gentle power of love in all its forms.
