The Open Team Sorting benefiting the DASH Foundation will be held October 9–10 at the Robertsdale Covered Arena in Robertsdale, Alabama. This two-day event brings together riders of all experience levels for fast-paced, family-friendly ranch sorting competition while raising money to help local families facing the financial burdens of cancer and chronic illness.
Teams of two horse-and-rider combinations work together to sort numbered cattle from one pen to another in the correct order before time expires. Whether you're an experienced competitor or just enjoy watching good horsemanship, the event offers exciting competition throughout the weekend.
Spectators are welcome, making it a great community event for families and supporters. In addition to the competition, the event provides opportunities for local businesses and individuals to give back through sponsorships and donations, with proceeds benefiting the DASH Foundation's mission of helping local families focus on healing instead of financial hardship.
This event is held in honor of those we have lost to cancer and those who continue to fight every day. Every entry, sponsorship, and donation helps provide financial assistance to local families when they need it most, turning a weekend of competition into a meaningful investment in our community.
