Get ready for our upcoming Tai Chi community gathering! Tai Chi Pushing Hands for the People!!
We are thrilled to invite you to join us for a friendly push-hands outing. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice, socialize, and form connections with other Tai Chi enthusiasts.
Come and expand your Tai Chi skillset by exercising with practitioners from different styles. It's going to be a fantastic experience.
Any school, any style, is welcome.

Paul Lara of QiBelly is a 20th Generation Tai Chi Master under the Chinese line of Grandmaster Feng Zhi Qiang. He studied under Master Zhang Yu Fei for 2 years while living in Beijing, China.
