Open Swim at the Quarry at Carrigan Farms, Mooresville, NC

Swimming in a deep, refreshing natural quarry is the perfect way to cool off in the summer. Located in Mooresville, NC in the Lake Norman area—about thirty minutes north of Charlotte—The Quarry at Carrigan Farms is an oasis. Perfect for families!
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays.
Swimming works up an appetite and the restaurant at open swim serves delicious, farm-fresh favorites like grilled hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, scratch-made pizza, veggie burgers, fresh salads, fruit cups, ice cream and snow cones, as well as fresh items that change daily. Beer and wine are also available for purchase. Please note that no outside food or beverages may be brought to open swim.
Safety comes first and lifeguards are on duty during open swim. Additionally, everyone must wear a life jacket unless they have passed the swim test. Life jackets are provided or you may bring your own.
