Open Studio: Pottery Wheel
Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Time: 12 – 3 p.m.
Location: Museum Classroom
Cost: $50 per session
Ages: 16 years old – adult
Instructor: Jamie Umana
Min/max: 3/3 students – classes will be canceled two days before if the minimum number of students is not met.
This open-studio session is designed for potters who want independent time on the wheel to create at their own pace. Each student will receive five pounds of clay, kiln time, and glazes for their projects. Glaze day is one week after class. Our instructor will be on hand for light guidance and support. While beginners are welcome, these are not structured lessons. This class is ideal for people with prior wheel-throwing experience.
