All schools, styles, ages, ranks, and skill levels are welcome so invite your friends l. We will be sparring for three minute rounds. (This is also a perfect opportunity for those that can’t make it to Quentins test the following week to beat on him). Please wear appropriate sparring gear. See you soon!
