This is a four-week hybrid course
Shambhala Training Level V: Open Sky builds on the presentation of basic goodness in Shambhala Level I, the teachings on “cocoon” in Shambhala Level II, the exploration of fearlessness in Level III, and our deeper connection to inquisitiveness and openness in Level IV. Communicating with the world gently and fearlessly, our awareness is sharpened and we find the open clear sky of mind—a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy. We trust our nature enough to let go into the present moment.
Our meditation practice will build on the shamatha-vipashyana or "mindfulness-awareness" techniques offered in the previous Shambhala Training Levels, and explore real techniques for how to connect with the power and magic of “now”.
