Our practice sessions include designated practice facilitators who will lead group activities, provide practice ideas, feedback, tips, and help guide the group! Group activities typically begin 15-20 minutes into the session, followed by open practice time that will be aided by facilitators. All levels are encouraged to attend, although this is not a beginner lesson, and one prior beginner lesson is required.
