Open Mic/Open Stage: Pre-Samhain/Halloween Chillout Edition
Advertisement
The 3rd Wednesday falls late in the month, which puts us close to that great Pagan Holiday, Samhain and the American Disneyfication that is Halloween.
No matter which one you observe, it will be time to dial it up and get ready to commune with the Spirit World.
And as always to rock out like monkeys while we enjoy the hell out of each other's company and the ecstasy of sharing ourselves in a fearless forthright fashion.
Y'all know how we roll; an eclectic array of talented performers, a passel of scintillating spectators, and the gorgeous North Street Cabaret with its panoply of inexpensive libations.
The August edition was an amazing event with a slew of acts (22!) that went deep into the evening and provided everyone with some incredible moments; and September added even more wonderment to our lovely community.
And the October Hootenanny shall keep it going with some Extra-Hengey (TM) Pagantastic Revelry.*
"Universal Liberation Through Creative Self-Actualization"** is our motto and a rocking good time for all is our goal.
These festivities are as rewarding for the audience as they are for the performers, SO THEREFORE:
Come on by and enjoy the Joy and the Love!!!
PS- *Perhaps even a Pagan Gospel Blues Ritual in honor of when the Triple Goddess becomes The Crone on Samhain? We shall see what the congregation/coven is up for. ;-)
**More T-shirts with that motto shall be available!!! In S, M, XL, XXL, and XXXL (Currently Out Of Large)
