Welcome to Port Veritas! We meet every Tuesday night in person at Double House Arts Collective 122 Spring St #1 in Portland AND online. We typically end by 8:30 pm EST, but we have the space until 9 pm EST.In person friends, please remain masked in the building. If you are reading, you may take off your mask only while reading.
Double House Arts has an accessible ramp at the back entrance, and four low steps with railings at the front entrance on Spring Street. Please contact PV organizers in advance if you need the the ramp entrance.

JeFF Stumpo is the author of these are the waterfalls in my head, selected as winner of the 2026 Granite State Poetry Prize by Diannely Antigua and available through Yas Press. His work has appeared in journals ranging from Prairie Schooner to Fence to PRISM International to Voicemail Poems, and he’s a regular at Slam Free or Die, where he was a member of the 2010 team. He’s a survivor of psychosis and PTSD, husband to a PhD chemist, and father to an amazing trans son.
