Open mat /sparring day. 🥊 Boxing,BJJ , Kickboxing, K1 , Muay Thai

Come Down to Tao academy in Littlehampton and practice your skills.

Have a roll grapple Spar or pad work.

£5 per session.

1pm -3pm. BJJ No Gi

3:30 -5.30pm Kickboxing

6pm - 8pm Muay Thai

8pm -9pm Boxing

All participants must bring their own protective equipment . And you train under your own risk.

All rounds are for training and learning purposes any injury caused by negligence or excessive contact is due to your own risk. Tao or any coaches take NO responsibility .
