Day Two
Poached Eggs with Hollandaise
Shrimp Ball Soup
Poached Trout with Lentils and Brown Butter Sauce
Navarin of Lamb Printanière
Day Three
French Folded Omelettes
Potato Latkes with Crème Fraîche, Smoked Trout and Dill
Chicken Piccata with Buttered Noodles and Broccoli
Stir-Fried Pork and Cabbage
Day Four
Pizza Dough, Sauce, Roast Pork Belly and Various Toppings
Tourtière with Red Pepper Relish
Fish en Papillote

THE FINE PRINT:
1. Classes are for participants 16 years and older.
2. Class participants are required to wear closed toed shoes.
3. Class participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
4. Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
5. Classes are from 10am - 2pm on each scheduled day.
7. All pre-paid Open Kitchen reservations are non-refundable.
