Join us for our popular monthly introductory rides, open to all. Whether you ride a high end carbon speed machine, a weathered hybrid, mountain bike or electric bike, all are welcome. We ride at a relaxed pace and have a no drop policy, so pace to the slowest rider. Typically rides are 40-50km and include a refreshment stop for coffee and cake. If you’ve ever wanted to join a cycle club but felt that you weren’t good enough, maybe we are the right club for you. Join us for relaxed, social intro ride and find out. We take a relaxed approach to rides but we do everything we can to ensure rider safety. Club members leading rides will have been first aid trained and are experienced in group riding etiquette. We would recommend that people joining our intro rides read the information on the ride details page. Additionally, you may find the group riding information on the British Cycling website helpful too. Please carry a card with your emergency contact details with you as well, just in case.
