The Fort Pierce Police Department (FPPD) invites community members to attend an open house on Saturday, February 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Willie B. Ellis Substation located at 1220 Avenue D, Fort Pierce. This event is open to the public and designed to strengthen relationships between residents and the police department.The open house will provide an opportunity for the community to meet officers and staff and learn more about the resources and services available to city residents. With light refreshments available, attendees will have the chance to interact with officers and staff, share concerns, and engage in conversation focused on public safety and community partnerships.
Beginning March 2, 2026, the Willie B. Ellis Substation, located at 1220 Avenue D in Fort Pierce, will be staffed by a uniform officer and open to the public on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Fort Pierce Police Department encourages families, business owners, and residents of all ages to attend and take part in this community-focused event.
