Join us for a full weekend of movement, mindfulness, and community at our Open House Weekend. Whether you’re new to the studio or a longtime student, this is a perfect opportunity to explore a variety of classes, meet our teachers, and experience the many ways yoga and mindful movement can support your well-being.
Each class is free to attend. Come for one or stay for the whole day. Discover new styles, reconnect with your practice, and enjoy a weekend filled with inspiration, joy, and connection.
