This practice was created with intention — to offer trauma-informed, affirming, and integrative mental health support for women and queer individuals. I've built something that feels grounded, creative, and deeply human. A space where healing includes the whole person — mind, body, and story.
Join me to tour the new office, explore upcoming creative workshops, connect with community, and celebrate this new chapter with me.
